To calculate your ESTIMATED real estate taxes for July 1, 2009 you will need to have available the assessment paperwork mailed to you by the Town of Willington Assessor. Enter the real estate assessment in the area to the right of Enter Assessed Property Value. The calculator will provide you with the ESTIMATED tax amount.
If you have information on any personal property or motor vehicle assessments you can enter those amounts to calculate the estimated tax for each type of assessment.
Remember: This is just an ESTIMATE since the July 1, 2009 mill rate has not been set.
